Coaches Contract

Purpose: This contract outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and code of conduct for coaches within the Madison Heights Bruins program.

Commitment & Responsibilities:

1. Promote the mission and values of the Madison Heights Bruins.

2. Lead by example, demonstrating sportsmanship, discipline, and respect for all players, officials, and parents.

3. Adhere to all league rules and safety protocols, ensuring proper coaching techniques.

4. Maintain a positive and encouraging coaching style that prioritizes player development over winning.

5. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and the organization.

6. Maintain a substance-free commitment: No use of tobacco, alcohol, or vape products during any team-related events. Violations will result in immediate dismissal.

7. Report any incidents or safety concerns to the program leadership promptly.
