Refunds policy

Registration fees for the Monelison Bruins are used to cover league fees, insurance, uniforms, equipment, and operational expenses necessary to operate our football and cheer programs.

Refund requests made prior to the official Jamboree may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the organization. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative or processing fees.

Once the Jamboree has taken place, refunds will not be issued. At that point, league fees, insurance costs, and other non-recoverable expenses have already been paid on behalf of each athlete.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Monelison Bruins Board. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

To request a refund, please contact the organization in writing with the athlete’s name, division, and reason for the request.
